Want to buy HCG and can’t afford it? Not a problem. If your wallet is suffering from sever trauma due to all the Christmas shopping sprees you have had in the past month, do not fear. There may be hope for its resurrection. If only the fats in your body could be cashed in, you would be bathing in gold coins and not bathing in sweat from all the work out you’ve been engaging in just to lose those unsightly bulges. But reality is kind of mean and it does not give you that luxury. Reality is a selfish brat that you cannot strangle in fear that its big daddy, Karma, will come crashing down on you and when it does it will be a miracle if you find yourself unharmed. So going back to how you can earn money for that diet. Have you already considered selling your kidney?

Just recently in the news there has been a lot of talk about unsafe things in juices. In orange juice and illegal pesticide chemical has been found. There are worries about the acidity levels in apple juice. All of this leads me wondering what jucies are really safe. I try to be healthy and drink juice, but I have no idea what these companies are putting into their juices. That’s why I bought a manual juicer. Manual juicers allow you to make your wond juices at home. When I make my own juice at home I know exactly what is going into it. I don’t have to worry about chemicals or preservatives, and my juice is always fresh. I love the tase of my homemade juices. Making my juice at home is also a lot cheaper than buying it from the store. All things considered I am glad I made the switch.

Everyone has tried some sort of diet once in their lives, but if you are not eating the right types of protein you are not going to get anywhere. The Paleolithic diet concentrates on getting back to the way people ate before all the processed and refined foods started to poison our bodies. This cave man or stone age diet is centered around fish, grass-fed pastured raised meats, vegetables, fruit, roots, nuts and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils. This diet was founded by Walter L. Voegtlin who published a book about it in 1975 stating humans are carnivorous animals and there bodies respond to eating that way. Many supporters of this diet link this countries epidemics with obesity, diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure with the fact that more than 70% of food consumed in the U.S. comes from dairy products, cereals, refined sugars, refined oils, and alcohol. Stick to the basics and make it a lifestyle not a diet.

I have a friend who wanted to try the Isagenix 9 days cleanse. I have heard of people wanting to try diets, but I have never heard somebody say they wanted a body cleanse, so I asked her what it exactly was. She said that it’s almost like a diet. The supplements she will take are Isagenix products. These supplements will help her get rid of toxins in her body. It will also give her body the nutrients that she needs.

She said that for nine whole days, she will strictly follow a regimen which will cleanse her whole body of toxins. She said that there was also a 30-day cleansing program. I asked her why she’d rather take the nine-day cleanse than the 30-day plan; it must be more effective. She said 30 days was too much for her. She really didn’t need that much cleaning anyway since she eats healthy. She just wanted a total cleansing of her body for a few days.

I thought that it was a good choice for her to go through the 9 day cleanse. I asked her if she could tell me how she’ll feel after the nine-day cleanse. She promised me that she will; she said that if she’ll like the effects, she’ll buy additional supplements so that I can be on the cleansing diet too.
